Access to Home Care logoAccess2HomeCare is a free telephone service that helps older people, their families and carers get the help they need to stay at home.

When you call, you'll be assessed to see if you're eligible for Home and Community Care services. You'll also be given information and referred to agencies in your region if eligible.

The service is currently available to those living in metropolitan Adelaide and the country communities of Gawler, Barossa, Lower North and Yorke Peninsula.

Contact Access2HomeCare on 1300 130 551 (freecall) for assistance.

Access2HomeCare is a joint initiative of the Australian and South Australian governments.  It is administered through Disability, Ageing and Carers and is part of the demonstration phase of the Access Points network being set up across Australia.

Feedback on the service is appreciated, visit DFC client feedback to find out how.
