The Aquaculture Public Register is the one-stop-shop for current aquaculture licence and lease information. It contains:
- licence and lease templates
- holder and species details for all aquaculture licences-leases
- site coordinates for all licences-leases
- aquaculture spatial data for GIS users
- a link to the Atlas of South Australia website
- a document detailing the escapes of yellowtail kingfish in South Australia.

Training
A number of facilities across Australia offer training in aquaculture. The training varies considerably from small information sessions through to intense tertiary education to higher degree level. These courses vary in their complexity and their entry requirements.
Consultancy services
Rural Solutions SA is a key business unit within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions SA (PIRSA). It provides specialised consultancy services in agriculture, agribusiness and natural resource management.
