Employment Pathways Fund
Provides funding to allow Job Services Australia providers to offer
assistance including wage subsidies, post placement support, mentoring and other personal support services.

Financial incentives are available to encourage commencement, completion and retention.

Aboriginal Apprenticeship Program
Provides incentives for private sector employers to employ Aboriginal people into trade based apprenticeships. Intensive support is provided to participants for the full length of the apprenticeship.
4 Year Apprenticeship - $8,000
1st Year: $3,000 (NO GST) – $1,500 paid in 26 week instalments
2nd Year: $3,000 (NO GST) – $1,500 paid in 26 week instalments
3rd Year: $2,000 (NO GST) – $1,000 paid in 26 week instalments
4th Year: No Subsidy
3 Year Traineeships - $6,000
1st Year: $3,000 (NO GST) – $1,500 paid in 26 week instalments
2nd Year: $3,000 (NO GST) – $1,500 paid in 26 week instalments
3rd Year: No Subsidy
School based Apprenticeship - $1,000 (NO GST)

Tools for your Trade
Eligible Australian Apprentices may qualify for Tools for your Trade payments totalling up to $3,800 throughout the life of their apprenticeship.
Apprentices undertaking these training courses are eligible:
- a certificate III or IV level qualification leading towards an occupation on the national skills needs list
- a Certificate II, III or IV Agriculture
- any Certificate level II, III or IV horticulture qualification where the training is undertaken in rural or regional areas.

CDEP work experience subsidy
Provides wage subsidies to employers who offer paid work experience to new CDEP participants on income support.
