These fees also apply to vehicles used as part of a road train or B-double, part of a combination that, including its load (if any), is over 19 metres long or has a total mass over 42.5 tonnes.
These fees are effective from 1 July 2011 and inclusive of GST.

Booking fee and prepayment of inspections
Effective from 1 July 2011, a new booking fee of $22 will apply to all vehicle inspections.
In addition, to counter the large number of clients failing to present for their inspection or cancelling at the last minute, payment of the inspection fee and the booking fee will be required prior to an appointment being made.
