15/07/2009 3:49:24 PM The Employee Ombudsman is dedicated to ensuring that the rights of all employees are upheld whether they are covered by a State Award, an Agreement or whether their occupation is award free. Further, the Employee Ombudsman will ensure every employee is treated with dignity, irrespective of their sex, race or religion or the type of work they undertake.
